  1. Join the palms in a prayerful pose, without straining the muscles, for 15-30 seconds. Repeat this exercise 2-3 time.
  2. Be like a cat. Stretch your hands and fingers parallel to the floor, then squeeze for 5 seconds. Relax your wrists for 5 seconds. After - clench your fist, raise it up and stay in this position for 5 more seconds. Then completely relax for 5 seconds and repeat this exercise 10 times.
  3. Squeeze a golf ball, power ball or something similar (a rubber ring will do) for a minute or two. Repeat with the other hand.
